SharePoint Senior Consultant

Your role will be as a SharePoint Senior Consultant executing our technical approach to solve our clients' business needs. The role involves working with clients and the delivery team to delivering solutions, refining the solution and evangelizing the technologies used.

Responsibilities

	Development experience in SharePoint 2007, 2010
	Understanding of pattern-based development
	Experience using the Agile SCRUM Methodology
	Experience with small and large client projects ranging from 3-6 months
	Professional demeanor.  Ability and desire to interface with our clients when needed to move the project to the next step
	Takes initiative to learn and ask questions
	Team-player who has worked on project teams of 5+ people
	Proven ability to follow through and meet deadlines within a project plan
	Prior consulting experience is a HUGE PLUS !!!!!!

Requirements

	Must be a US Citizen or Resident.  Direct applicants only!!
	5+ years of SharePoint development experience
	Experience with enterprise-based solutions using MS technologies
	BA, BS or equivalent
	Excellent oral and written communications; good routine reporting habits
	Demonstrated experience with clients; diligent, pleasant, and good customer-facing relationship skills
	Experience utilizing project and software development life cycle methodologies
	Familiarity with rapid application development techniques and methods
	Consulting / Big Four experience is a strong plus
	Demonstrated pre-sales support activities a plus – writing proposals, demos and client presentations
