Solutions Architect

Your role will be as a Solution Architect, providing the vision and creativity for the technical approach to our clients' business needs. The role involves working with clients and the sales team for framing solutions, working besides the delivery teams refining the solution and evangelizing the technologies used.

Responsibilities

	Design technical solutions acceptable for specific problems
	Build prototypes and demo materials
	Help develop estimates and assist with pre-sales activities
	Work as senior development lead on projects
	Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
	Develop business cases with bottom line impact
	Create client presentations that are engaging and compelling
	Mentor development teams in technologies and design patterns
	Provide technical oversight during project deliveries

Requirements

	5+ years of development using .NET and other MS-centric development frameworks (SharePoint, SQL Server)
	Experience with enterprise-based solutions using MS technologies
	BA or BS; Masters preferred
	Experience with Microsoft SharePoint a strong plus
	Excellent oral and written communications; good routine reporting habits
	Demonstrated experience with clients; diligent, pleasant, and good customer-facing relationship skills
	Knowledge of project and software development life cycle
	Familiarity with rapid application development techniques and methods
	Consulting / Big Four experience is a strong plus
	Demonstrated pre-sales support activities a plus – writing proposals, demos and client presentations
