User Experience Senior Consultant

Your role will be as a User Experience Senior Consultant, leading user experience projects to deliver to our clients. The role involves working with clients and the delivery team for framing and executing solutions.

Responsibilities

	Can lead user experience projects
	Comfortable developing user stories, wireframes, user workflows, and site maps
	Familiar with techniques for capturing data about how users are using an application. Examples include: Embedded analytics, Pop up surveys, and Site instrumentation
	Familiar with software tools for designing and documenting user experience
	Can name tools they are comfortable using and describe how they can use those in the process of developing user experience strategy and implementation
	Has either of the following backgrounds: Developer who has a passion for UX and has gravitated into that area User interface designer who has a passion for UX and has gravitated into that area or BA / PM who has a passion for UX and has gravitated into that area
	Ideal candidate has experience in one of the following: UX internal person for a company UX consultant for a consulting firm Client services manager / project lead for a marketing / Web design / communications firm

Requirements

	3+ years in client facing roles
	3+ years in consulting
	BA or BS; Masters preferred
	Excellent oral and written communications; good routine reporting habits
	Demonstrated experience with clients; diligent, pleasant, and good customer-facing relationship skills
	Knowledge of project and software development life cycle
	Familiarity with rapid application development techniques and methods
	Consulting / Big Four experience is a strong plus
