Having determined the project requirements, the Build Phase is initiated. At this time, a formal schedule is developed, taking into account the responsibilities for both SMBology and the client. After establishing project deliverables, software is designed/built via an iterative process with SMBology utilizing best practices from the Agile Software Development Methodology.

 

This methodology facilitates ongoing collaboration between SMBology and the client, encouraging frequent interim tests and releases along with continual discussions of software requirements in order to better refine and clarify the purpose of the application being built. SMBology has found that employing this highly collaborative process ensures that the resulting software application satisfies the client’s current and future goals. 

 

Test Phase

 

Testing the developed software is essential. SMBology continually performs software tests throughout the build process, making certain the software works as planned and fulfills all of the previously established requirements. Likewise, SMBology uses this time to answer and address any questions or concerns the client may have after reviewing the software application.
