Envisioning Phase
SMBology’s primary goal for the Envisioning Phase is comprehension of the “big vision” and purpose/goal(s) of the project, ensuring that both SMBology and the client are focused on the same end result.
During the initial stages of the Envisioning Phase, SMBology schedules a collaborative input session with the client. By encouraging the involvement of key company stakeholders with different areas of expertise and viewpoints, SMBology gains deeper insight into the project scope, vision, and goals. Afterwards, SMBology proposes ideas based upon prior experience with similar projects, industry best practices, and research, as necessary.
During the latter half of this phase, SMBology further examines the company’s current and future business needs at a high-level, ensuring they align with the overall project “vision”. Possible project constraints are also identified. At the conclusion of the Envisioning Phase, SMBology provides clients with a roadmap document outlining the recommended solution, agreed upon deliverables, potential project risks, as well as success factors.
